The YouCongress dataset consists of sourced quotes mapped to claims and policy proposals on AI governance, AI safety, AI’s impact on jobs and more.

Having a dataset of many different viewpoints on key topics can help us inform ourselves and make better decisions. So the whole YouCongress dataset can now be downloaded as CSV [1]. If you’re only interested in the quotes on a single statement, you can restrict the download to those.
Covered by CC BY 4.0: statement titles, statement-to-quote mappings, stance/vote labels, our transcribed source_text excerpts, verification statuses, comments and dates.
Not covered: quote text and author bios. These are third-party content reproduced as short excerpts under the right of quotation, and they remain the property of their respective rights holders. Check each row’s source_url for the original.
